Hi!
I bought this flow meter and now that I have tested it I want to implement it on a PCB but I dont know what kind of connector I should use with the included one, I hope someone can help me, thanks.

That is a JST conector. It will mate with this: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1663

That's perfect for a cable-cable conection, Im having trouble finding a cable-board connector, do you have anything? Or can you point me to the one I need? Thanks!

We do not stock a board-mount version. You might be able to find one at Mouser or Digi-key.
If the locking feature is not needed, they will mate with a standard 0.1" pitch male header. https://www.adafruit.com/products/392
