Software Defined Radio DOA

Post by RogueRobot »

I read through the Getting Started guide and then I plugged the SDR into the USB port on my laptop. And then nothing, except for the faint smell of magic smoke. I checked the Device Manager in Windows and the Zadig program -- nothing. I tried plugging it into another Windows laptop just to be sure -- no change.

Any ideas?

Here is the part info:

A smoky scent is definitely not one of the product features. If you contact [email protected] with a link to this thread we can ship you a replacement.
