i have some questions about this bluetooth, do this device is compatible with mcu pic18 .
Please advise me ?

Which bluefruit are you interested in? And how do you plan to use it? The breakouts are in no way specific to Arduinos.

If the pic can talk TTL serial it should work. You will need to write your own code though.

TTL Serial refers to the voltage levels used on the serial lines. Normal RS232 serial uses high voltages which will damage the BlueFruit. The serial lines from your PIC must be at 3.3V or 5V levels to work with the Bluefruit.
