I bought a Peltier cooling module (P/N: 69915K57) from you and the fan does not work. Sometimes it will spool up, other times it won't. If given a slight nudge it will start. But it typically stops within a minute.
The unit is being supplied with ~12.2VDC while operating.
I emailed customer service and they informed me that I have to create a forum post in order to get assistance with receiving a replacement unit.

Re: Peltier Cooler Fan problem
That is a good supply. Sounds like you probably have either a bad bearing or a loose internal connection in the fan. Please contact [email protected] with a link to this thread for a replacement peltier module.
