Hi,
When I was sorting out the stuff in the attic I came across an old school-assignment I made.
It's a project build around an AtMega 8515. This project has two interface cables. One 9-pin serial cable for the sending and receiving data to/from (the relaycard to/from) a computer and a dongle
with some components inside for the programming.
Since my current computer does not have a parallel port, and the local computerstores don't seem to have a PCIe card with such a port, I am curious if I can use the USBtinyISP programmer I have lying around for the programming.
Not sure if this is necessary to mention, but back in school we used the dongle in combination with PonyProg to transfer the hex-file that AVRStudio made after building the program.
With regards,
Bart Grefte
