OK please post up photos of the spokepov PCB, and the top & bottom of the usbtiny - something is loose

Looks like a few cold joints there. Using a clean hot iron, re-touch any solder joints that are not smooth and shiny.
Also, where the solder has balled up around the pin, it often has not properly wetted the pad. Re-touch those to make sure that the solder has flowed well onto both the pin and the pad.

I cant spot any more cold joint on the USBtiny except where the USB connecter mechanical tab.

Finally, I got connection. I wonder why got connection even tho the dongle didnt pass the test?

Now having problem installing the magnet to the frame. How to install it within 1 cm close to the sensor? if > 1cm, the LEDs not blink.

use some sort of spacer, a visit to your local hardware store will probably help you find a few options!
