I received the tinyusb kit today and built it. The green LED does not light up when plugged in. Windows does see a usb device but says it is "unknown" and won't install the drivers. I also tried to id it in linux and it says it's unable to enumerate the device.
I've tried in Windows XP, Windows 7 and linux.
The solder at the bottom isn't touching the bottom trace. It's just a little long and the perspective makes it look like it is.

Re: No Green light - Windows unknown device
I just went back and resoldered the cold joints. Still no luck, it does the same thing.

Possibly a bad chip. Contact [email protected] for a replacement USBTinyISP chip.

This is going to sound silly, but it was the USB cable. Was using a cable with an A --> B adapter, it wasn't working with that. Switched to a cable with an A and B ends, it worked fine with that.

Thanks for the follow up. It is surprising how often cables are a problem.
