Programming Arduino Mega 2560 with USBtinyISP

Goodmorning!

I have to upload my new bootloader into Arduino Mega 2560 board. Is this possible with the USBtinyISP device? This is an older question, I know, but there is a bit confusion: seems that it's possibible and seems not! If not how can i upload my bootloader?
