ISP Stick Not Recognized

I am using Win 7 64bit with an amd processor
When I plug in the device the green led is on and the pc says unknown device found, but it also says that the device has been stoppen because it has reported an error (code 43)
when i try to manualy install the driver it says driver is most actual for unknown device and it also reads that there is no 64bit compatible driver in the downloaded file
when i try to install it broot force with hdwwiz it install but signature is none
i also tried to create an inf file on myself with the usb lib there i could see that the device has the id 0x000000 (image)
the tiny was pre programmed by the vendor(ehajo) by the way
