I followed the link on the package but the instructions just show you how to make the cable and assume that the board is already soldered together. Are there instructions somewhere for what goes where ?
I am a beginner and don't really know how to read the resistor values, I found an online color chart that helps, but it would be helpful if there were detailed instructions somewhere.

Other than the buffer IC, they're 95%+ identical to the v1.0 instructions
Tip I've found: For the electrolytic capacitor right next to the buffer IC, give it somewhat long leads so the bottom of the can is just above the IC. Otherwise, the can will have to be angled away from the IC to fit (the IC is slightly larger than its silkscreen outline) - If the can is angled, it will cause fitting problems for the red LED.

sadly my camera got smooshed just before i was about to put up the instructions for how to built the usbtiny v2squeed wrote:I followed the link on the package but the instructions just show you how to make the cable and assume that the board is already soldered together. but you can use the v1 instructions for now, and then solder in the extra chip

"Instructions coming soon! (until I have them up, just follow the v1.0 instructions and solder in the 74AHC125 in the correct location, making sure the notch in the chip matches the notch on the PCB silkscreen)"
the resistor codes are spelled out onI am a beginner and don't really know how to read the resistor values, I found an online color chart that helps, but it would be helpful if there were detailed instructions somewhere.

but you may also want to use a multimeter if you're not 100% on reading resistor codes!
