how can I find my serial port an arduino lilypad atmega168

Post by moshbean »

These are the options that came up \/
Which one is my serial port?

/dev/tty.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync
/dev/cu.Bluetooth-PDA-Sync
/dev/tty.Bluetooth-Modem
/dev/cu.Bluetooth-Modem
/dev/tty.Bluetooth-NXT-DevB
/dev/cu.Bluetooth-NXT-DevB

There is also an error:

avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding

Please tell me what my serial port is! :?

None of those is likely to be your lilypad. What kind of USB/Serial cable are you using, and did you remember to install the drivers for it? The usual cable for lilypads in FTDI based, and it won't appear unless you have installed FTDI drivers.
