Code: Select all
Now change it to 100Ω, and solve again! This time try to do it yourself without my help.

Lets use Ohm's law again: V = 9, R = 1,000 which means we can go ahead and solve for I. V = IR -> I = V/R = 9/1000 Amps = 0.009 Amps = 9 mA
(If anyone's paying attention, you'll see I'm working my way through the tutorials rather nicely. They are great! All basic electronics and programming stuff so far, but the mix of the two is a great intro to this dark art of microcontrollers. Just what I needed.)
