MicroSD card breakout board ?

Can arduino support SDXC cards (64GB+) or is there a hard limit that prevents SDXC support?

The current version of the SDFat library supports SDXC cards if they are formatted for Fat32.

I have bought microsd breakout board and everything works fine, but I have noticed strange behaviour. At the beginning, red led on breakout board flashes once a second (just as programmed), but later (approx 1 hour later) led starts to blink two times per second, second blink is approx 0,25 s later. Why?

But everything works fine, all data in my file etc.
