unique thing on Fingerprint reader

Post by Randyjp »

Ok I know you tell the fingerprint reader to store an ID for every print and this ID is unique, However here's my problem I have two of these sensors and I want to be able to enroll users in a database so the second sensor can somehow recognize the print stores in the first one. So my question is when I enroll an user does the sensor generates by itself(not the ID you write down) something that's unique for every fingerprint? Something that I can use to store and compare later

Hope you can give me a hand

As far as we know, there is no way to do this.
