If all the commands are timing out, then it is no surprise that you don't see any image. Post photos showing all of your connections.

On the waterproof camera, the green wire (Rx) should be wired through the voltage divider.

Ok I got it. I connected the white on pin 2 and green on pin 3 and it works. However, I am now using the MEga 2560 with the sd card that I bought from Adafruit. I have already downloaded the library. I need some help, now that I have the camera working, do I need to make ay changes to the code if I am using the Mega instead of the arduino uno for the SD card.
