Hi,
Is it possible to chain the LCD RGB display shield to the PWM card in the same way you would use multiple PWM cards or do I need the backpack?
they will be connected to Arduino Uno with the ethernet shield from Arduino.

You should be able to chain them. Just connect 5v, GND, SDA and SCL. There is no pin for chaining the reset line, so the reset button will not function unless you run a separate wire for it.
