Powering Fona and Arduino

Powering Fona and Arduino
Is there a way to power an arduino and fona from one power source, hopefully a rechargeable battery? The LiPo batteries in the store provide 3.7v, so it sounds like you can't power an arduino from that?

You do need at least 5v to run an Uno.
