magician13134 to get the copper pour you have to ratsnest the board I dont know why it does not save the copper pour :?

If everything goes smoothly, I should be ordering 10 tonight for ~$6 a piece. I will solder one up and sell the others if no one else has done a full PCB before then.

Just to make sure, I don't do rats nest, because it doesn't get saved anyway? Or do I still need to do that before I send in the files?

You do it, just before making the gerber files. You can just use opossum's gerber file set, if your not planning on any modifications of the original design.

Even though the board included with his gerber files doesn't have the pour? I really want to be sure this is right before I order them...

The copper pour is present on the gerber file.

BANNED, I got stuck at the screen where they asked what each file was. :( I need to sit down and figure that out, I just don't have time tonight, but this weekend for sure.

It does have the copper pour and holes for the LEDs. I just downloaded and checked it again. Copper pour has to be drawn on demand (when you want it) because a complex copper pour can take a while to calculate and draw. Redrawing it every time a change was made could really slow things down. It is not drawn when the board file is opened - the polygon border is shown instead.

If you will have boards to sell, I want one!

Definitely want one if you are selling off the extras.

Sounds good. Tomorrow after school I'll order. They'll ship Saturday, I'll get priority, have them Tuesday? Wednesday? Let's go with Tuesday. Solder it by Thursday, verify it's working, then take the first few requests to sell the remaining 9 to. Sounds like a plan.

I'll see, it shouldn't be too bad. Just 2 or 3 dollars... Maybe.

As I mentioned in the earlier post in this thread, if you get enough interest go for the $33/ea special from www.4pcb.com. This is the same company as barebonespcb.com. The 60 sq in limit is per board and you should be able to get ~15 of these boards per panel, 3 panel minimum.

This would be for full service boards (silkscreen, soldermask), 5 day turn.
