magician13134 to get the copper pour you have to ratsnest the board I dont know why it does not save the copper pour
I cant see holes either but there is a drills layer which i presume is all the pcb manufactures need
In case anybody wondered how big this is ( I did )
Here is a comparison pic
Sow how are they making one go 300ft plus?

If everything goes smoothly, I should be ordering 10 tonight for ~$6 a piece. I will solder one up and sell the others if no one else has done a full PCB before then.
Just to make sure, I don't do rats nest, because it doesn't get saved anyway? Or do I still need to do that before I send in the files?

It does have the copper pour and holes for the LEDs. I just downloaded and checked it again. Copper pour has to be drawn on demand (when you want it) because a complex copper pour can take a while to calculate and draw. Redrawing it every time a change was made could really slow things down. It is not drawn when the board file is opened - the polygon border is shown instead.magician13134 wrote:Even though the board included with his gerber files doesn't have the pour? If you will have boards to sell, I want one!

As I mentioned in the earlier post in this thread, if you get enough interest go for the $33/ea special from www.4pcb.com. This is the same company as barebonespcb.com. The 60 sq in limit is per board and you should be able to get ~15 of these boards per panel, 3 panel minimum.nutt318 wrote:magician, If have alot of requests for all of yours I will more and likely do another large order also. Alot of my friends are wanting these things so I can do anther if more people request and you run out. Let me know.
This would be for full service boards (silkscreen, soldermask), 5 day turn.
