Reset Flora?

I'm new to flora and Arduino. However, I was wondering how to take off a program that's been uploaded to the flora uploaded to the flora?

You just overload it with another program.

I did that with the piezo buzzer program but it still runs the flashing led program before it goes to the Piezo after i press the reset button

That is the booloader. It runs when you press reset and it flashes the LED to show that it is active.
