attiny85 rewritable?

Hello there, I was told that attiny85 is a one time programmable so I cant overwrite its code again ? is that true?

I don't think it's true. The ones I get -- the ordinary ones on the retail market -- I've re-flashed.

This is the processor that is used in the TV-B-Gone and it is re-flashable.

The Atmel website says it has 8k of flash. Does not say OTP.
