90s2313 and attiny2313
Is there difference? And I use the 90s2313 instead of the attiny?

This PDF has a list of differences between the two chips: http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc4298.pdf
From what I read there, it sounds like the ATtiny2313 is an improved version of the 90s2313. There are some differences in pin names, and it looks like the ATtiny made the timers a bit more convenient. You'll have to look at the details to see if anything interferes with the code you want to run.
