Teensy 2.0 - DOA?

Post by Jeremy1026 »

I recently made a purchase for a handful of parts, including a Teensy 2.0 (https://www.adafruit.com/product/199) on July 26. I think that the Teensy is DOA. I can’t get the Teensy application to recognize it, the Arduino environment fails at uploading to it, and my system profiler doesn’t show it connected. The Teensy website says that it should blink by default when plugged in, but it is not doing that either. Is there anything that I can do to get this Teensy working?

Have you tried a different USB cable and different USB port? Also try connecting through a self-powered USB hub.

I have tried multiple cables and multiple USB ports. I have not tried a powered hub, as I do not have one. All 4 ports that I have attempted to connect to I know are powered ports though.
