Hello,
I am looking to hire someone to work on a small project. It is basically a tide calender that displays the current time plus the time for the next high and low tides. The tide data would be stored in memory. I would like this person to assist in building a prototype and writing the code. Please contact me if interested and I can go into detail. Feel free to call.
Many thanks

Most interesting request. It just so happens that I was looking at the tide cycle for York just yesterday. As I recall it's range is 0.95 times Portland and +3 minutes for highs and +13 minutes for lows. Anyway, to the point, I work across the river at UNH at the Center for Coastal and Ocean Mapping. We are thinking of putting in a tide gauge in York Harbor this spring. What tide prediction method were you going to use?
