Hello there,

I need to make 4 AC motors controll 110/220 V also need to findout each motor consumption motor size is 4 amp at the max, please advice which shield or design can be sufficient, I also want to put water level reader based on ultra sound or tank deeper then 3 meters or other type of measurement's please advice what arduino to use?

For AC motors you would need a relay circuit. The PowerSwitchTail contains a relay and an interface to drive from an Arduino: http://www.adafruit.com/products/268

For measuring water levels, the Maxbotix Weather Resistant sensor would be the best choice: http://www.adafruit.com/products/1137

Any Arduino can control these devices. An UNO is a good choice: https://www.adafruit.com/products/50
