I'm using the WS2801 to controll my 12mm LED Pixels strip.

I was wondering whether there is some API or documentation available, in which I can find the codes that I can use.

Something like this, but for the WS2801 library:

I'm afraid the library is its own documentation:

The good news is that our programmers have good self-documenting code habits, like breaking a task into pieces that make sense, keeping code blocks short and sweet, and choosing descriptive function and variable names. They're also good at adding comments if they have something to say that doesn't come through clearly in the code.

We're also happy to answer questions about the libraries if you want to know something specific. If I can't give you a good answer, I'll pass the question to our resident blinky-stuff wizard Phil.
When you void a product warranty, you give up your right to sue the manufacturer if something goes wrong and accept full responsibility for whatever happens next. And then you truly own the product.
