Have you ever considered setting up direct relations, or using a trading company, to source parts (beyond what direct distributors that are online)? If not, why not? And if so, what stopped you in the process?
For someone setting up their own kit biz, this part of your wisdom is invaluable.

yup, we consider this all the time - it's not really wisdom, but here it goes! you can always call up a company's sales team. if you buy enough, you can just call them up and try. that's it. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
cheers,

you should really call up the company's sales team. if you buy enough, just call them up and try. that's it. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. parts suppliers seem to prefer to manage relationships directly so please contact the folks directly who you're buying parts from, we do not give out customer information or company information.jonfen wrote:Do you have any contacts for companies that has worked with?
