Cutting PCBs at home

Post by Shaos »

It looks like ordering production of PCBs that are combining from 2 or more smaller PCBs is cheaper than ordering small PCBs separately
Problem is I need to cut them "professionally" at home to sell them online. What is cheapest way to do that? Some specific tools or techniques? Thanks!

Thanks! This is what I'm looking for:

But "business" aspect is also interesting - does it make sense to do this kind of thing?
I mean combining small PCBs in big one. Or ordering production of them separately is more logical?

Finally I got this one: http://www.newark.com/mega/3205034/shea ... dp/71C5375

It's little bit too expensive, but it does what it should do (except it can't properly cut some types of PCBs - it makes edges broken from one side, but not for ones from pcbexpress that I use all the time - it works for them pretty good)

P.S. Packaging from Farnell was funny ;)
