Does anybody know whether you can ship 3.7v 1300mAh lipo powered electronics with their battery pack connected using UPS or DHL?
It concerns an embedded rechargeable mp3 decoder board.

best bet is to contact DHL and UPS directly, they have dedicated folks (and resources) with the specific rules and regulations for shipping.
