Someone have a source for some 2SD1469-R ? (not x0x!)
Maybe i need a transistor for fixing my 909 if some are damaged, does anyone know where i can get this transistor 2SD1469-R ?

I don't know, but if you look at the photo it says D1469R on it !

This Letter is for Hfe designation...There are 3 letters for 2sd1469 : Q-R-S
Q : 120~270, R : 180~390, S : 270~560...
Now I don't exactly know wich one the original tr909 uses...Designation is very important
