This all makes me really not want to order anything from him. This is what he has on his auction pages now...

For more information about the xoxbox, software, manauls, mods and many other surprising fruity things. Please use the forums at where the "x0xb0x originally designed by Adafruit industries" still are hosted I by no means endorse.

The stuff in quotes is in white text so it can't be seen. How very immature.

everything I have ever order from TT was messed up in some fashion. The 101 sliders were NOT drop in replacements, they had metal tabs on them that the real ones didnt so they required a fair bit of dremel work to get to fit. The 606 switch board that I bought had half the transistors stuffed backwards which took me a while to track down. Reading all these stories about the quality of their x0xb0x kits and build is no surprise at all. They are simply there to make as much money as possible, nothing else.

That is true.. no email replies for weeks.. only empty promises.. to be busy is ok.. but not caring for his customers is another point.. i dont think that he is so busy to be unable to answer a mail within 3 weeks..
The funny part is, before i bought the kit the emails came within 10 minutes!!
Too sad that you cant do anything about it :(
