You should be able to get the caps at digikey.
The jacks are a tough one, I bought four mono jacks and tore one apart to make one of the others stereo. The only jack that uses stereo is the headphone one. the part number for the mono jack is
nys2162.
for the quad encoder use part ct3007. You can shave it down to size with a dremel.
the hex encoder can be bought at newark and there is an alternative for the 50k pot on the BOM.

both of the following pots will work without any problems (i have used both)
317-2200f-50k
317-2201f-50k
They have the exact same footprint but different dimensions on the top. The difference is not important as the only visible part of the pot is the shaft, which is identical just a different length. If the length is important you can shorten with a knife or dremel.

The replacement 1/4" jack is the
568-NYS215
It's stereo, just has a different nut. Actually I think it looks much better.
What I can't find is the encoder for the tempo knob. Anyone know a replacement?
EDIT: oh, i see someone found it. Whoa, I'm supposed to cut off the metal? I guess my dremmel could do that.... any tips to be safe?
