Hey all. Just got my ybox2 (v1.1), and I'm still struggling with Spin.
I'm trying to get ir receiving working, but it's not going smoothly.
I downloaded the IR_KIT from Parallax site (and the ir_receiver_sony module from here).
I modified the ir_reader_demo example to use ir_reader_sony and tv_terminal module (also the one downloaded from here) and set _irrpin = 20. (as per the ybox schematic).
I then set my Harmony remote to be control a Sony KDL-52XBR4. The program starts, but does not read any codes from the remote. Is there anything else that I'm missing?
Thanks in advance,
Tim

hmm, do you happen to have any debugging tools such as a scope? you could see whats going on at the pin?

Thanks for the quick reply Limor,
I do have an analog scope and a "logic" logic analyzer, but I didn't need them. I figured out the problem. I actually assigned pin 20 instead of P15. I just needed to look at the block diagram in the Propeller manual. It's labeled properly in your schematic as well, I just didn't realize on first glance that physical pin 20 was P15 for I/O. Sorry, and thanks.
