I've browsed and search extensively through the forums here to try and find an answer to my problem but to no avail. So any help would be most appreciated.
I have a new Wave Shield that I built and was working 100% perfect with my arduino duemilanove. While working on other components for the project, I accidentally dropped the board off the bench and it fell 3ft to the ground. Nothing broken, and all of the solder points are still in tact and look no different. However, now the Wave Shield and the SDReadTest now both return the following error:
card.init failed
SD error
errorCode: 1
errorData: 3
From what I understand, the errorCode: 1 means its a hardware issue and not an SD formatting issue. I can't find any problems with solder points and I know it isn't wired wrong b/c it worked perfectly 4 days ago.
My question: what does errorData: 3 mean? maybe that can help me sniff out the problematic component.
thanks,
::zach

Re: SD card init failed
perhaps its just the SD card holder? the connectors could be loose or snapped?
