actually I'm working on wind speed project with data logger and solar energized .
i have't used arduino before ! , does the data logger shield has a At-mega micro controller built in ?
or i have to buy Arduino Uno (Atmega328 - assembled) - Uno w/At-mega to woke with this data logger ?
for now on this is my Question
best regards

Re: data logger shield !
From the logger shield product page.
•An Arduino with a '328 chip is pretty much required, you can get an upgrade chip from us if you have an older Arduino (such as NG/Diecimila)

Re: data logger shield !
The shield is designed to plug directly into an Arduino, but it could be made to work with a different controller.
The RealTime Clock has an I2C interface. The SD card interface is SPI.
