Are you able to upload to the UNO without the shield attached?

It sounds like you may have a short-circuit on the shield. Post photos of the front and back of the shield and we will check your assembly.

Those photos are not helpful. I need to see all of the components on the front of the board and all of the soldering on the back of the board.

I don't understand your wiring either. The shield is designed to plug directly into the Arduino as in the photo below:

sometime i can upload my code
but after my code uploading is done my motorDC is not give a some action

Does the motor move at all? With all those jumper wires, you may have a loose connection somewhere.

im use motorDC 12v 0.85A

The L293D chips in the shield are only rated for 0.6A motors. Read this FAQ for details on how to increase that rating: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=26873

Using the standard chips in the kit, 0.6A.
With modifications, up to about 2.0A. Please read this FAQ for all the details: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=26873

USB can only supply 500mA @5v. It is not a good idea to run motors from USB power.

For a 12v motor, you must use an external power supply. Please read theFAQ for details on how to connect the external supply: viewtopic.php?f=31&t=26873

I don't understand the problem you are trying to describe. If you post a diagram of your connections and the code you are using I might be able to help.
