Those photos are not helpful. I need to see all of the components on the front of the board and all of the soldering on the back of the board.
I don't understand your wiring either. The shield is designed to plug directly into the Arduino as in the photo below:

Does the motor move at all? With all those jumper wires, you may have a loose connection somewhere.
im use motorDC 12v 0.85A
The L293D chips in the shield are only rated for 0.6A motors. Read this FAQ for details on how to increase that rating:
