I'm curious if it's possible to read/write a single eeprom address on a MiFare classic 1k card, instead of an entire "block" using the Adafruit NFCShield I2C library?
Hardware setup as follows
Arduino Uno R3
Adafruit PN532 NFC/RFID Controller Shield for Arduino
MiFare Classic (13.56MHz RFID/NFC) Bracelet - 1KB

you can check the PN532 datasheet for details - but in general EEPROMs are written block by block
