Hi guys,

Is anyway to use the shield as the breakout board, with a FTDI cable?
I mean, by wiring Tx and Rx directly on the shield?

There is no FTDI cable header on the shield. But all the same signals are available and it could be done with some hacking.

Yes, I know that there is no FTDI header on the shield. But I can see SDA and SCL pin (in the up left of the picture) on the board. I can use it for use with FTDI cable?

As I said: all the same signals are there and can be used with some hacking. If you are using the shield on an Arduino - any use of i2c or analog 4 & 5 will interfere with your FTDI use.

For an experience, I will use the shield without the Arduino That's why I ask you

I need to test it, I think you can remove 2 resistor 10K below pads SEL0 and SEL1, so now you have pin 16 and pin 17 free, you can use pads of 2 resistors to "solder" to your microcontroller or gnd(select HSU host protocol).
I repeat: I need to test it, but should be correct.
