Hi for my project I am also using a motor shield, my problem is that the usb shield will use pin 13,12,11,10,9. Now I am not using any servo thus no use for pin 9 and 10. The problem I am having is that I will be using 4 DC motors is there anyway to rewire pins 12 and 11 to lets say pin 0 and 1?

No. Pin 11 has to be a PWM pinas it is used for speed control. In addition to the physical modification to the board, any re-assignment of those pins would require major re-work to the library.
