Any examples for the TFT touchscreen

Hi, I am a new to Arduino. I have a arduino mega 2560 R3, and I purchased this touch screen (http://www.ladyada.net/products/tfttouchbreakout/), can anyone link me the tutorial on how to connect the pins/wires, and how to draw buttons and make the button function?
