I looked at this link in order to find out how to make the sound louder on my waveshield:
http://www.ladyada.net/make/waveshield/library.html
Is this correct? Because it says DISCOUNTINUED on top.
Then it sends me to this link: http://www.ladyada.net/make/waveshield/libraryhc.html which doesn't mention anything about a wav.cpp
I cannot for the life of me find wav.cpp. All I have in my library is this (not even sure which one is the "library")
Help?
PS: Is it even possible for me to adjust the volume digitally to be louder? Or is it by default set to the loudest possible?

Re: Volume Control for Waveshield (can't fint wav.cpp)
Wav.cpp is part of the obsolete AFWave library. And the volume control it supported would only reduce, not increase the volume.
To get more volume from the wave shield, you can add an external amplified speaker (most any computer speaker will work). Or use one of these: https://www.adafruit.com/products/987
