Motor Shield Limit Switches

Post by davidh28 »

How are limit switches interfaced to the motor shield (pins, voltage, etc.) and how are they addressed in the sketch? I cannot seem to find any data.

The shield and library do not provide any direct support for limit switches. You would wire and program them as you would any other digital input switch. https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-ard ... tal-inputs

The V2 shield only uses the SDA and SCL pins for control, so all of the digital pins are available for connecting limit switches.
