Datalogger Error: avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: re

Hello,
Just bought this shield. When loading the logger tutorial sketch into arduino the enviroment shows the following message:
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x32
I am using Windows 7 with arduino enviroment 1.0.5-r2 and Arduino uno R3.
I have formatted the SD card with SD card utility.

Any idea what is going on?

Do you have the Arduino board selected as your target board? check tab, Tools->Board->Arduino Uno.

Upps!, I feelreally stupid... I forgot to select arduino uno. Now it works!

This happens so much, you would think by now the Arduino IDE wouldn't just print out the error, but say:

avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x32
Oops! Are you sure you selected the correct board?
