I don't see anything in the chip data sheet that specifies the power-up state. I believe it requires initialization from the Arduino to set it to a known state
I Need help to switch of the channel of the pwm-board. When I start the Arduino and PWM-board are turned on all channels.

When you run the sketch on the Arduino, does it control the LEDs?

No.

I used your code and used a Extended code, where the pwm count up and down --> nothing happening

I changed the configuration like this:

I use two LEDs (red and yellow), the power is from the Arduino.

= nothing happens - only the LEDs are on.

I've no idea - what I can do.
