Use 2.8" TFT Touch Shield for Arduino on STM32Nucleo

Post by dackley1935 »

Can I use your 2.8" TFT Touch Shield for Arduino as a shield on a STM32Nucleo board? The STM32Nucleo boards have a set of connectors that matches the Arduino Uno pinout, including the 3.3V and 5V power, without the ISP connector. The only difference is that the Arduino Uno board has 5V I/O while the STM32Nucleo boards have 3.3V digital I/Os with 5 V tolerant capability and analog inputs that can only handle 3.6V.

I'm not familiar with the STM32Nucleo, so I can't say for sure. However, it looks like it ought to work.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like it should work. So, I've ordered one of your 2.8" TFT Touch Shield for Arduino to test on a STM32Nucleo. Once I get it and have had a chance to test it out, I'll let you know whether it works or not.
