Getting Verification Error with FTDI and sample program

Hi

I am getting Verification errors when trying to upload the sample sprite hex file onto the Fuzebox with AVRDude under WIN XP. [I am new to all this]

What is working:
1) Build it verification tests
2) Bootloader with Hello World shows multicolor and when I press the joystick shows keys
3) Can connect to the board via FTDI
4) LED blinks 3 times upon reset and I changed the setting for the FTDI to always to a reset

What is not Working:
- I am getting a verification error message when trying to load the sprite example and after reboot see the Hello World again

out of curiosity, does it run otherwise?

Hmm. Not sure what otherwise means. When I plug it in I see "Hello World, colored bars and when I move the joystick symbols like j,k and others show up."

Not much I can do as it stands being unable to program it.
