Trinket keeps flashing red led please help!!!

I just got my 2 new trinkets today. I installed the Arduino IDE from your site. I set it to the board type too be the trinket 16 and the programer to the usbtinyISP. I go to upload the file and nothing. Now the red Led just keeps blinking!! I thought it may be that the boot loader was gone , so i ran your usb boot loader flash tool using my uno. and still nothing. this is now happening with both of my new units.


what am i doing wrong?

do i need to have them replaced?

Two things, Have you installed the software changes as instructed in the tutorials and there is a trinket forum where this should have been posted.
