I am interested in your 10" diagonal LCD screens for a custom car installation. I need an HDMI capable HD screen to connect my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 via MHL adapter to display navigation, etc. I will get audio through bluetooth connection via my headunit..
Which of the following would work?
HDMI 4 Pi - 10.1" Display 1280x800 IPS - VGA/NTSC/PAL/NTSC
PRODUCT ID: 1287
Pixel Qi 10" Display with Controller- 1024x600 HDMI/VGA/NTSC/PAL
PRODUCT ID: 1303
Wondering how the screens will look with the amount of sunlight you find in car., Also could you hardwire this to a cars DC power?
Which LCD screen would work for my project?

Either would work, although the Pixel Qi is currently out-of-stock with no estimated re-stock date.
You can wire them directly to DC, although I might opt for a voltage regulator to keep the power smoother than what is typically available in a car.
