Hello all,
I am using the xbee series 1 modems and the adapers from This website. I tried the change the Pan ID of one modem and now the green power LED on the Adapter does not flash. I have swapped modems to see if the problem is with the adapter or the modem and it seems to be the modem. Is there any way I can reset the modem to factory defaults in this state? Thanks for any help.

Are you able to communicate with the modem via XCTU?
