Hi,
I recently ordered 2 xbees that I just opened up. One of them works without issues. The other one xctu won't talk to. Also the power led won't turn on. Nothing appears to be physically wrong with the unit. Please advise. Thanks.

No signs of life at all? Contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and we gen get you a replacement for the dead unit.

Nope, Eric has no signs of life. Just emailed support. Thanks for the help.
