Hi,
I have read the MidiBee tutorial (http://www.ladyada.net/make/xbee/midibee.html) which is a great resource towards what I want to achieve, but I wonder if the following will actually be possible:
Will I be able to get two MidiBee modules to establish a link and wirelessly pass MIDI data without the need for a computer in the chain?
I am building an electric guitar with onboard MIDI contorller. I want to connect its MIDI OUT to one Xbee on board the guitar, then send the data wirelessly to another Xbee that is connected to a MIDI DIN plug, that gets plugged into the MIDI IN of any MIDI device, eg a USB MIDI Interface. Think of it as 2 dongles each with a DIN plug - or a standard midi cable without the cable..!
Is this possible?!
Thanks,
Jonno
